True Wireless is currently hiring enrollment specialists to enroll qualified customers in the Lifeline program. The lifeline program gives quality wireless products and services to consumers who receive qualifying government subsidies or meet income guidelines for little to no cost to them.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Driver’s License (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in inventory management.
• 1 year of sales, lifeline enrollment and/or customer service experience (preferred).
• Basic email and internet navigation skills.
• Must be able and willing to work independently and outdoors.

Our enrollment specialists are expected to gain a complete understanding of the Lifeline program industry through our comprehensive training program. This includes Lifeline program history, customer enrollment training, troubleshooting, and team activity coordination. All team members must also be able to fulfill all compliance requirements for the Lifeline program and maintain our customer-first, zero tolerance fraud prevention standards.
